How we handle your data.

Avicely ("we", "us", "our") is an AI product studio operated by Team Avicely. This site is informational — it describes what we build and how to reach us. This policy explains what data passes through us when you visit or get in touch.
What we collect
We don't run accounts or sign-up forms, so we collect very little. There are three situations where data reaches us:
- Email enquiries. If you email [email protected] or use a "Start a project" link, we receive your email address and message content. Our domain uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward inbound mail, and outbound replies are sent via Brevo's SMTP relay.
- Calendly bookings. If you book a call, that interaction happens entirely on Calendly's platform under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate page-view counts. It sets no cookies, performs no cross-site tracking, and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
How we use it
Email we receive is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up if you've expressed interest in working with us. Analytics data tells us which pages are visited — nothing more. We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Third parties
- Cloudflare. Handles our DNS, proxies HTTP traffic, routes inbound email, and provides the Web Analytics beacon. Privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Brevo. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send outbound email. Replies to your enquiry pass through Brevo's SMTP infrastructure. Privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
- Calendly. Call bookings are governed by Calendly's terms and privacy policy at calendly.com/legal.
There are no advertising networks, tracking pixels, affiliate tags, or third-party remarketing scripts on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: no cookies, no device fingerprinting, no cross-site individual tracking. We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's localStorage — this stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Data retention
We keep email enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. If we do not begin working together, we do not retain your contact details beyond that exchange. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregate and not linked to individuals.
Your rights
If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or deleted, email [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We don't have the bureaucratic machinery of a large company — just ask plainly and we'll sort it.
